🔑 Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with warehouses and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment across multiple platforms.


📦 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Inventory Management & Replenishment (FBA / FBF)

✔️ Order Processing, Dispatch & Returns Handling

✔️ Coordination with Warehouse, Logistics & Platform Teams

✔️ Monitoring Platform Performance & SLA Compliance

✔️ Handling Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Tata 1mg operations


🎯 Requirements

🔹 Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Tata 1mg

🔹 Strong knowledge of FBA, FBF & warehouse coordination

🔹 Hands-on with Seller Central, OMS & inventory tools

🔹 Familiarity with Unicommerce, Shiprocket, WareIQ

🔹 Strong analytical & communication skills


🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or relevant field)

🌟 Preferred: FMCG / Beauty / Skincare E-commerce experience

We are looking for a Executive Assistant (EA) to join the leadership team in Lower Parel. This is NOT a conventional secretarial role—we need a proactive coordinator to serve as the MD’s voice and operational lead.

The Mission: Manage all operational tasks, deep-dive research, and relentless follow-ups so the MD can focus entirely on strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

✅ Authority & Follow-up: Delegate tasks on behalf of the MD and monitor "Delegation Sheets" with military precision. 

✅ Communication: Draft high-standard professional emails and official documentation. 

✅ Data & AI: Use Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and AI tools (Gemini/ChatGPT) to provide summarized intelligence reports. 

✅ Logistics: Handle personal and professional administrative tasks with total discretion.


What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Identification &  Analysis

 Track upcoming tenders from government agencies like NHAI, MoRTH, PWDs and State authorities.

 Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, SBDs) for technical, financial and legal requirements.

 Evaluate scope, risks and viability for Go / No-Go decision with Management.


2. Tender Preparation &  Submission

 Develop competitive and compliant technical and financial proposals.

 Collaborate with estimation, engineering, procurement and planning teams for cost inputs and construction methodologies.

 Ensure accurate quantity take-offs, rate analysis and cost estimation based on current market trends.

 Supervise bid preparation, formatting, documentation and final submission within deadlines.


3. Strategic Bid Management

 Formulate bid strategies including pricing decisions, value engineering options and partnerships.

 Engage with design consultants, third-party vendors or JV partners for required documentation or services.

 Oversee timely procurement of bid bonds, EMDs and other bid security instruments.


4. Client &  Partner Coordination

 Interface with government departments for bid clarifications, pre-bid meetings and updates.

 Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors, consultants, and JV partners for collaborative bidding.


5. Risk Management &  Compliance

 Identify and flag legal, financial and technical risks in tender documents.

 Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract terms, taxation and compliance requirements.

 Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including prequalification norms and financial eligibility.


6. Post-Bid Activities

 Participate in negotiations, clarifications and presentations with clients post submission.

 Support smooth transition of project knowledge to execution teams after award.
