Skills (Working Knowledge) : Chemical Handling knowledge

Key Result Area :
New product development
Perform various chemical syntheses in lab to reach targeted goal
Bench top to Pilot level scale up
To assure assemblies for reaction, work-up & distillation/Purification.
Plant trials
Provide demo & work with Process & plant team for scale-up
Handling of hazardous chemicals
Research strategies for new products/process by in-depth literatures studies
Report generation
Co-ordination between ADL & R&D
DSIR reports preparation
Key Performance Indicators: Project wise successful synthesis
