Designation – Project Manager - Residential Building Construction

Job Location:  Wakad (Pune)

Salary: 15-20%+ on your Current CTC (as per experience & industry standards)

Experience: 15+ years in Residential Building Construction

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, control and completion of residential building construction projects. This includes ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience:

 End-to-end execution of high-rise or large-scale residential buildings

 Experience working with real estate developers or EPC firms

 Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
