Job Description

Visualization Production: Create compelling, photorealistic 3D renderings (still images) and animations/walkthroughs for all project stages, from conceptual design to final client presentations.

Modeling & Texturing: Translate 2D drawings and design concepts into accurate 3D models and apply detailed textures, lighting, and environments.

Design Interpretation: Work closely with Project Architects and Interior Designers to understand the design intent, material palettes, and specific project atmospheres.

Quality & Standards: Ensure all visual output adheres to project specifications, maintains a high standard of aesthetic quality, and meets established project deadlines.

Asset Management: Maintain and manage a comprehensive library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.

Aesthetic Sense: A strong eye for composition, color, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic and emotionally resonant results.

Speed & Efficiency: Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to interpret design feedback and articulate visualization decisions clearly.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural and interior visualization.
