Salary : 20-30K

Exp : Min 1-3Yrs

Designation : Desktop Support Engineer - L1

Responsibilities :-

* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

* Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

* Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

* Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

* Troubleshooting and maintaining Mobile Devices.

* Supporting user needs related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones, and the like for both in-office and home/remote office needs

* Working in concert with internal IT teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery to user community

* Addressing user requests and following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution

* Support and maintain day-to-day support issues

* Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to the final resolution.

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues at the desktop, server, and network levels

* Maintaining virus protection, OS service packs, general operations, and providing backup and disaster recovery

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09.30am to 06.30pm
