Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Mechanical

Location : Kalwa

Salary : 80-85K

Job Description: -

1. Handling mechanical, electrical, and consumable as well as project related material (CAPEX) Capital purchase

2. Negotiation of Material Rate Cost , Reduction through of alternate supplier & alternate material, Cost sheet

3. Procurement of GLR SS Reactors/ equipment/ vessels/ centrifugal machines/ pumps / motors/ cables and electrical & instrument controls & fittings and structural material and various contracts

4. Developing inquiry document (technical & commercial) & floating inquires to the suitable vendor

5. Developing system for store inward Outward inventory control, ABC analyses, Store MIS report

6. Identifying developing and maintaining local vendor & manufacture base for obtaining timely procurement of material at favorable terms to ensure smooth manufacturing operations

7. Request for Quotation (RFQ’s), Preparation of comparative, Purchase order

8. Negotiations and finalization of contracts like fabrication /civil/ insulation/ structural painting /manpower etc

9. Identifying and developing an alternate source for achieving cost effective purchase of raw materials & equipment with optimum quality and reduction in lead time

10. Maintaining ISO documentation for Purchase dept

11. Developing systems & processes for purchase module of ERP

12. Advise team members for proper method to conduct negotiations and analyse results relating to purchase orders, goods and service agreements and contract development.

13. Develop and implement purchasing policies & processes & stratergies

14. Streamlining and continually improving the system, process and procedures.

15. Experience in handling Green field / brownfield project will be an added advantage
