Experience :- 5-10 years experience in construction equipment management for high-rise / building projects.

Industry: Building / High Rise Construction

1. Construction Equipment Management

• Manage and maintain construction equipment such as tower cranes, passenger hoists, concrete pumps, batching plants, bar bending machines, cutting machines, and generators.

• Ensure proper operation and availability of equipment at site.

2. Preventive Maintenance

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.

• Monitor equipment performance to reduce breakdowns and downtime.

3. Breakdown & Repairs

• Identify mechanical faults and coordinate immediate repair activities.

• Supervise mechanics and service teams during maintenance work.

4. Equipment Planning & Mobilization

• Plan mobilization, installation, and dismantling of construction machinery as per project progress.

• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for equipment requirements.

5. Spare Parts & Inventory

• Maintain proper inventory of spare parts and consumables.

• Coordinate with procurement department for timely purchase.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance records, and breakdown reports.

• Prepare daily / weekly reports on equipment utilization and maintenance.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safe operation of mechanical equipment in compliance with site safety standards.

• Conduct regular inspections of tower cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.

8. Vendor & AMC Coordination

• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, rental agencies, and service vendors for maintenance and AMC services.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Tower Crane, Passenger Hoist, Concrete Pump, Batching Plant, and Construction Machinery Maintenance

• Strong troubleshooting and equipment management skills.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09:30am to 5:30pm
