Candidate should have worked in Construction Machinery - Mobile / Immobile, Plants like Stone Crusher, Ready-mix Plant and Bitumen Hot mix Plant

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Management

• Manage and supervise all road construction machinery such as pavers, rollers, graders, excavators, batching plants, WMM plants, and hot mix plants.

• Ensure proper utilization and availability of equipment at project sites.

2. Preventive Maintenance

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery.

• Monitor equipment performance and minimize breakdowns and downtime.

3. Breakdown Management

• Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure quick repair of machinery.

• Coordinate with mechanics, operators, and external service providers.

4. Equipment Planning

• Plan mobilization and demobilization of machinery as per project requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers for equipment allocation.

5. Spare Parts & Inventory

• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement.

• Track equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance reports, and breakdown reports.

• Prepare daily / weekly reports on equipment utilization.

7. Safety Compliance

• Ensure all machinery operates as per safety standards and company policies.

• Conduct safety checks and operator awareness programs.

8. Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, rental agencies, and service vendors.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Hot Mix Plant (HMP), Wet Mix Plant (WMM), Asphalt Paver, Vibratory Rollers etc.

• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

• Knowledge of equipment planning and cost control.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09:30am to 5:30pm
